Kathy Stewart-Bronson has been a trendsetter in mind-body fitness for over 18 years. She has utilized the principals and techniques of weight training and aerobics, integrating them with those of martial arts and yoga to create a safe, effective, and complete workout for all age groups and fitness levels.

Kathy has had experience teaching land and aquatic classes, as well as personal training for people with special needs and / or training. She has continued her growth in the wellness field as a licensed massage therapist, specializing in pain relief and sports massage. She has had the opportunity to work on some of the best athletes in the world!
